So what’s happening?

We are hosting a day of elopements at our venue, Big Love HQ, on November 23rd, 2023!

With bookings available at 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 7pm, you can book in for our Easy Love Package (read about that here).

Food, drink (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), and good times for you and up to 20 guests. You can add in live music too if you want! Our delicious food is by Soft Catering, and our drinks provided by Boutique Event Co.

What does the Easy Love Package look like?

This is our signature venue package. You get access to the venue for one hour, and then 30 minutes of photos afterwards.

Here’s a typical run down of how things can go for a 3pm package for example,

3 pm – You both arrive with your guests. Grab a drink and relax, then we can start the ceremony when you are ready!
3:15 pm – Ceremony begins. This usually takes about 10-15 minutes.
3:30 pm – Enjoy food and drink with your guests.
4 pm – Leave the venue and head to the botanic gardens for photos.
4:30 pm – Finish time with your photographer.

After this, you might like to go out with your guests for dinner and drinks! Or perhaps drive somewhere to stay for the night. Or maybe have a bigger party with a larger group of friends and family at night. Or just go out to a cute wine bar as just the two of you! The options are endless!
