We have a range of elopement packages across Geelong and Victoria to cater for all sorts of small-scale celebrations.
Every one of our packages includes a celebrant and a photographer.
Whether it’s 20 guests at a venue, just you two in a bar, or 60 guests at a wedding venue, we’ve got you covered with our expertise.
Your first step is selecting your Package with us – then you get to choose and organise your location! For all that info, head to the Location page.
We provide the celebrant and photographer (so you get legally married, and have epic photos captured).
The location is up to you, but we are here to help you navigate it all and flesh out any ideas with you!

All prices are GST inclusive.
Marriage Certificate
We can order your official marriage certificate on your behalf for $100 inc GST, to have it sent to your address. You can do it yourself and pocket the coin, but it’s a fiddly admin task through the Births, Deaths, Marriages website.
Without a word of a lie, about 98% of our couples opt to save the headache and have us complete this for them.
It’s around $70 inc GST for you to order it yourself (plus the time that it takes you to fill in all the forms), but it’s much quicker for us to submit it through our portal, hence the minimal extra cost.
We will confirm upon booking if you’d like us to handle this task for you.
TINY LOVE Package
Registry-Style (up to 30 mins)
Guest limits: 0-6 guests (you can have none!)
Ceremony: Legals only wording (no written ceremony component), generally about 5 minutes duration. You can choose to write and include personal vows.
Photography: Your 20-30 mins of photography includes coverage of legal proceedings and some quick portraits of you two within walking distance.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – $1460
Friday, Saturday, Sunday – $1810
Elopement location (of your choosing) is to be within a 30min drive of Geelong CBD or travel fees will apply.
Portable speaker, clear umbrellas and jute rug provided upon request.

LITTLE LOVE Package
Registry-Style (1 hour)
Guest limits: Suitable for 0-15 guests (but you can choose not to have any!)
Ceremony: Short and sweet, pre-scripted ceremony. Approx 10-15 minutes duration. You can choose to write and include personal vows.
Photography: Your hour of photography can include coverage of ceremony, mingling time, family/guest photos and some quick portraits of you two close by.
We help you create a timeline for the day as part of our service to ensure everything goes smoothly and you get the most out of your experience.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – $1890
Friday, Saturday, Sunday – $2240
Elopement location (of your choosing) is to be within a 45min drive of Geelong CBD or travel fees will apply.
Portable speaker, clear umbrellas and jute rug provided upon request.

BIG LOVE Package
Elopement (2 hours)
Guest limits: Suitable for 0-25 guests (but you don’t need to have that many!)
Ceremony: Personalised ceremony, approx 20 minutes in duration. You can choose to write and include personal vows.
Photography: Your two hours of photography can include coverage of ceremony, mingling time, family/guest photos and portraits of you two.
Option to add on 1 hour of photography for $400/hour (a good choice if you want getting ready photos or extended coverage).

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – $3100
Friday, Saturday, Sunday – $3450

MEGA LOVE Package
Wedding-style (3 hours)
Guest limits: Suitable for 25-80 guests (but you don’t need to have that many!)
Ceremony: Personalised ceremony, approx 25-30 minutes in duration. You can choose to write and include personal vows.
Photography: Your three hours of photography can include coverage of ceremony, mingling time, family/guest photos and portraits of you two – if you’re having a reception/partayyy, then we will be able to capture whatever fits in our scheduled time. You could also choose to have getting ready photos, and begin your three hours of coverage from then.
We help you create a timeline for the day as part of our service to ensure everything goes smoothly and you get the most out of your experience.
Option to add on 1 hour of photography (so 4 hours total) for $400 (a good choice if you want coverage of things such as getting ready photos, extended portraits adventures or D-floor content at your party).
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – $4250
Friday and Sunday – $4600

VIDEOGRAPHY
There’s no ifs and buts about it – we bloody LOVE a good wedding film. There’s lots of things that photos simply cannot capture that a GOOD video can really showcase. The biggest one for us is having audio recordings feature as part of your video – something not all videographers offer out there.

Note that these prices are additional to your BLE Package.
All packages include all raw footage from the day (yes you get it ALL – kind of looks like an 80s old school wedding film, literally my hand held funky footage), and your ceremony recording in full.

A short 30 second – 1 minute highlights film with music (no audio)

Little Love Package
Your magic highlights film with audio and licensed music – 2-3ish minutes
Monday – Thursday: $1,050

Big Love Package

How do we book her in for our elopement?
You let us know upon booking that you’d like video, and Jessie will check Ruby’s availability for you! You pay your package fee to Big Love Elopements as part of our invoice, so you don’t have to send money to all the different people that provide services under our Big Love brand. Easy!
