Boutique Event Co are here to bring the best vibes to your elopement day for you and your guests, no matter how many you choose to invite. No need to drag the esky to the park in your special outfit, oh no, just rock up looking spectacular and pat yourself on the back as you sip on that martini!
Our very good friends at Boutique Event Co. have the perfect one person bar that can go anywhere you are and the team will have it set up in no time, ready to pour your drinks within minutes. They supply everything, even the lemons!
WHERE can the mobile bar go?
If you have chosen a private property for your elopement celebration, then Boutique Event Co’s liquor licence has you covered and no need for you to do a thing. Their license also allows them to serve alcohol in public places like a PARK, BEACH or GARDEN. You’ll just need to get written approval from the local council or shire (which you would need to apply for a permit for anyway so easy done!) to supply to Boutique Event Co.
How it works:
- You let the Big Love team know you want to add a bar and drinks package to your elopement, we’ll check Boutique Event Co’s availability and we then organise it all for you with the team. The sooner you book them, the better chance they will be available on your chosen date so get on it!
- We’ll send you a questionnaire with the below options for you to choose from and we will pass the details onto Dani from Boutique Event Co.
- We’ll invoice you from Big Love Elopements so it’s all in one place for you.
- An awesome Boutique Event Co. staff member will have everything they need to turn up, set up and rock your elopement with you.
- You pat yourself on the back for making the best decision!
Boutique Event Co. will supply the following for your elopement:
- White pop up bar to suit all occasions
- 1 x Boutique Event Co staff member to prepare and serve drinks
- Glassware or stemless reusable plastic (depending on location) supplied
- Boutique Event Co remove all glassware and rubbish so you don’t have to lift a finger!
Choose your package from the options below (please discuss alternative options with us if you’d like a more tailored package)
Little Love Drinks Package:
- 45 minute drinks package (allowing 15 min of no service during the ceremony time),
- The couple and up to 15 guests
- Monday-Thursday $700 + GST
- Friday- Sunday $900 + GST
Big Love Drinks Package:
- 1 hour & 45 minute package, (allowing 15 min of no service during the ceremony time)
- The couple and up to 25 guests
- Monday-Thursday $1400 + GST
- Friday-Sunday $1700 + GST
Additional travel fees may apply for locations further than 30 min from Geelong.
